Return Policy and Guidelines

If you have received the wrong items or if the items you received are defective, please send an email to info@virovalondon.com to discuss this further.

If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you may return them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition.

Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the costs of the return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to be used or opened, or that are not in their original condition.

Return Conditions and Guidelines:

1. All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging. We are not responsible for the costs of return shipping. Ensure that all returned items are well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.
2. All return packages should be sent using a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping.
3. Ensure that the return form is approved; without approval, your return may not be processed.

2. Send Your Order: Ship the items to the return address provided. Ensure that your package has a Track and Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
3. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive the package, we will ensure that your purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five working days.
